An ambitious project to build 430 condos in the Fiesta Mall area finally has a name — Aqua-Terra. Check out an artist’s rendering of the development, formally known as Fiesta Towers.Aqua-Terra will include three connected low-rise buildings at the southeast corner of Alma School Road and Southern Avenue. Condo prices will range from $270,000 to $910,000.The project’s Chicago-based developer seems to be making progress, but some people remain skeptical that an "urban living" atmosphere will work in Mesa suburbia.What do you think?
