A friend of mine is on the hunt for a condo or house in the $200,000 to $250,000 range. And I thought maybe some of you fellow house hunters or sellers might have good ideas.He works in west Mesa and is willing to do a bit of driving if necessary but prefers to be closer to a downtown area.So where are the good deals out there — the best bang for your buck?
