Valley developer SunCor recently celebrated its 20th anniversary with the opening of its second office tower at its mixed-use Hayden Ferry Lakeside development in Tempe.

In two decades, the builder has grown from 8 to 800 employees and expanded into New Mexico, Utah and Idaho. Here are some other quick facts about the company’s growth:

* Developed 26 master planned communities that house 13,000 families

* Have eight communities in production that will include 20,000 homes

* Host some 300,000 golfers each year at its courses

* Has nearly $500 million in assets

* Is building Hayden Ferry Lakeside, which will eventually include three office towers, four condominium buildings, a parking garage and a hotel.
