A penthouse in the Landmark at Kierland condo development in Scottsdale recently sold for nearly $3.2 million.Situated on the sixth floor of the project’s recently completed second tower, the penthouse is 4,480 square feet with three bedrooms and three baths. It also has two offices, a media room and three balconies.The project’s first tower is sold out, while the remaining units in the second building are going for $1 million to more than $3.6 million.
